On Monday, March 4th we are moving back to our original office at 40 Park Avenue, where the Park Ridge Animal Hospital was first located. As you know, during the construction of our new building we first moved to a facility on Berthoud Street, which has been torn down in preparation for a housing and retail development. It necessitated our move to the Grand Avenue facility across from Pascack Hills High School.
That office will be closed on Thursday, February 28th as we prepare to move into our new building. Below is the timetable and schedule during that period. If you have any type of pet emergency call us and we will arrange for treatment.
At our new facility you will be greeted by the same caring staff who will provide high quality medicine and heartfelt care. New services include drop-off appointments with day care and bathing services (no grooming yet) and will continue to offer high quality care in our new state-of-the-art facility. Our services include therapeutic cold laser therapy for pain and inflammation treatment, dental care including digital dental x-rays and oral surgery, as well as ultrasound capabilities. We also care for a variety of exotic pets and offer alternative therapies such as acupuncture.
A HISTORICAL NOTE: The original Park Ridge Animal Hospital was founded by Dr. Edward Mikus in 1966 and served clients throughout the Pascack Valley out of a small brick building located at 40 Park Avenue, where the new hospital is now located. In 1991 Dr. Manderino took over the practice which provides progressive and new office at 40 Park Avenue compassionate veterinary care in the Pascack Valley.
